Next Board Meeting: Wednesday, January 29th
The Board of Directors meet on the last Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Mauna Luan West Lobby. All Mauna Luan owners are invited to attend these meetings and may participate in the discussions of topics. If an owner has a specific item they would like to discuss it is recommended that a brief summary of the topic be submitted through the Management Office prior to the meeting to allow any appropriate research to be conducted.

Buildings and Grounds Meetings
Next B&G Meeting: Tuesday, January 20th
The Buildings and Grounds Committee will meet on Tuesday, the week prior to the Board meeting, at 6:00 p.m., in the Mauna Luan East Lobby. Their tentative schedule is listed below. This committee deals primarily with capital projects that need to be performed as well as other maintenance related items that are brought before it. All residents are invited to attend this meeting or provide input. Anyone with input, suggestions or comments, may submit them in writing to the Management Office to be forwarded to the committee.
